Instrumentation Guide
Here's a brief overview of the instrument abbreviations we use and an example of how orchestral instrumentations are listed.
Instrumentation abbreviations:

Orchestra and ensemble instrumentation is given in the following order:
[Solo Instrument]; voices / flute , oboe,clarinet,bassoon/ horn,trumpet/timpani/harpsichord/violin,viola,violoncello,bass/organ
For example, pfte; 2fl 2cl 2fag 2cor 2trbe timp 2vn va vc b will consists of 2 flutes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 2 horns, 2 trumpets, timpani, Violin I & II, viola, cello and bass.
